Pollo Con Florentine– Oven baked chicken breast stuffed with camembert. Served on a minted pea risotto and drizzled with a red wine reduction. (gf)

Fettucine Pasta- Tossed with Spanish onion, roasted zucchini, crumbled fetta and slithered almonds dressed in white wine and cream sauce

250g Prime Scotch Fillet – Char-grilled and served with rosemary and sea salted roasted kipfler potatoes, and a red wine jus 

Atlantic Salmon– on a bed of roasted leeks and roma tomatoes, finished with a white wine and dill cream sauce.
